At WI Notary Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality notary services. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Payment & Fees

  • All service fees are clearly communicated before appointments and must be paid at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Fees include notary services, travel, and any additional services requested.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service Not Provided: If WI Notary Solutions fails to provide the scheduled service.

  • Overpayment or Duplicate Payment: Any overpayment or duplicate payment will be refunded promptly.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The notarial act has already been completed.

  • You cancel less than [Insert Hours, e.g., 24 hours] before a scheduled appointment.

  • You provide incomplete or incorrect documents that prevent notarization.

  • You fail to appear or provide required identification at the scheduled appointment.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@winotarysolutions.com within 5 business days of the appointment.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
