2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you:

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring all required signers and documents are available at the time of the appointment.

If witnesses are required, it is your responsibility to provide them unless otherwise agreed.
4. Fees & Payments

Fees for services will be communicated prior to scheduling.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

7. Client Responsibilities

Present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification.

Ensure all documents are complete before the notarial act (we cannot notarize blank or incomplete documents).

Comply with all legal requirements related to your requested services.

We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays arising from your use of our services, except as required by Wisconsin law.
