1. Payment & Fees

All service fees are clearly communicated before appointments and must be paid at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Fees include notary services, travel, and any additional services requested.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Service Not Provided: If WI Notary Solutions fails to provide the scheduled service.

Overpayment or Duplicate Payment: Any overpayment or duplicate payment will be refunded promptly.
Refunds will not be provided if:

The notarial act has already been completed.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
