Here are just a few documents that often require notarization: Financial & business agreements (contracts, promissory notes, affidavits, rental applications, proof of residency, co-signer agreement, lease to own contracts, sublet agreements, recording a long term lease, specific lease clauses) Family & custody documents (adoption forms, parental consent, travel forms, voluntary paternity acknowledgement, stipulation to change, financial affidavit/disclosure statements, Affidavit in support of order to show cause, child custody and placement agreement, petition for divorce/legal separation, marital/child support agreement) Employment paperwork (I-9 verifications, contracts) Vehicle & court documents (title transfers, affidavits, sworn statements) If your document is not listed, please send us an inquiry or call us. Note: Price is per document for one signature additional signatures may require an additional fee. Price may increase depending on the location distance. If a witness is required, please inform us at time of registration in advance the witness fee is an additional $25. you can choose an add on for this.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy (Quick Summary) Valid ID Required: All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Be Prepared: Please have all documents ready and completed (no blanks) With the exception of signatures and dates. Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. If documents were printed by WI Notary Solutions prior to cancellation a printing fee may be applied. There is a fee of up to $50 for cancellations same day. No-Shows/Late: After a 15-minute grace period, appointments may be canceled, and fees may apply.
