Service Description
Establish your power of attorney of Health Care or Finance with confidence. Our experienced notaries guide you through the process, ensuring all legal requirements are met securely and correctly. POA of Healthcare requires 2 Witnesses, the notary will act as one if you need us to provide the additional witness please ensure you select the proper add on, so we come prepared with one. The fee for service is per document. If you are adding additional documents, please select the add on fee (ex; POA F $75 plus POAHC and a witness is an additional $50, Durable POA start at $125)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy (Quick Summary) Valid ID Required: All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Be Prepared: Please have all documents ready and completed (no blanks) With the exception of signatures and dates. Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. If documents were printed by WI Notary Solutions prior to cancellation a printing fee may be applied. There is a fee of up to $50 for cancellations same day. No-Shows/Late: After a 15-minute grace period, appointments may be canceled, and fees may apply. Payments: Fees are due at or before your appointment (travel & after-hours fees and additional services may apply). No Legal Advice: We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal guidance.
